Electron Microscopy Sciences Sterile Culture Black Glass Bottom Dishes, 30 mm, Bulk in Sleeve, 50 x 7 mm Dish size
Sterile, optical quality, glass bottom dishes provide exceptional imaging quality for applications using inverted microscopes. Glass Bottom Dishes eliminate with using conventional plastic or glass petri dishes and chambers with thick bottoms that require a longer working distance, lower magnification objective. Moreover, plastic dishes cannot be used for DIC or any polarization microscopes due to their inherent birefriengence.
Glass Bottom Dishes are ideal for applications such as: patch clamp recordings where flourescent-tagged (GFP) receptors can be identified for selective study; and many other fluorescent microscopy applications, which require low background scattering of light and reduce intrinsic "auto" fluorescence that occurs when using standard plastic dishes. Black Dishes are used to black out light for fluorescence microscopy.

Sigma Aldrich Fine Chemicals Biosciences TPPR tissue culture dishes
Innovative features and outstanding cell growth properties make the TPP tissue culture dishes the ideal choice for adherent cell culture in research and industry. These optically clear high-grade polystyrene tissue culture dishes are tissue culture treated only on the base of the dish with a non-treated ring surrounding the growing surface to prevent cell attachment on the edge. A serrated ring around the bottom culture dish makes pick-up and handling of the dishes safe and easy while also minimizing the risk of dropping dishes due to lid/base disassembly. A special stacking ring with spaces for a numeric scale (12 3 6 9) set on the periphery allows for safe and stable stacking of these tissue culture dishes. The numeric scale serves to ease locating areas of examination while the spaces they create in the stacking ring reduce condensation between stacked dishes and prevent the tissue culture dishes from sticking together. Two marking areas located on the top dish wall (yellow)

Biotium Myeloid-Associated Differentiation Marker(MYADM/972), CF740 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
Recognizes a myeloid associated differentiation antigen in the cytoplasm of mature granulocytes. It shows no reactivity with any other cell type in human tissues. Markers of myeloid cells are useful in the identification of different levels of cellular differentiation. It reacts with early precursor and mature forms of human and monkey myeloid cells. This MAb is useful for the detection of myeloid leukemias and granulocytic sarcomas. It can be used as a marker of granulocytes in normal tissues or inflammatory processes.Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF405S and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

World Precision Instrument 100-Pack of FluoroDish Cell Culture Dish, 35mm Diameter, 23mm Well, Poly-D-Lysine Coated, Petri Dishes
Cover-glass bottom for observing and growing cells for imaging
Get the highest quality images and video for your research with FluoroDish Cell Culture dishes. Their optical quality glass bottom is as thin as a coverslip, which ensures the least amount of distortions and excellent heat transfer without any of the autofluoresence issues so common with plastic petri dishes.
Choose the style that suits your application. For live cell imaging, embryo research, and life science researchers working with small sample volumes, the 35mm Fluorodish with a 10mm well (FD3510) is ideal. Researchers working with expensive chemicals or experimental drugs choose the FD3510.
